If your primary motivation is monetary compensation, easy tasks, or résumé padding, don't apply. AI has already replaced that tier of work here. We want people who can learn fast, build systems, and contribute beyond what automation can produce. Long-term impact only. 

Candidates from "any tier" institution (technical and non-technical) are welcome and shall undergo comprehensive assessments. Evaluation stands the same for all. We don't hire pedigree, we hire people who can operate above the AI baseline and build durable systems. 

We are bootstrapped and offer a modest stipend. This is not a "paid learning program." This is a place to build real AI systems. If you're looking for predictable tasks with predictable output, our agents already do that. We compensate for contribution that creates leverage, systems, automation, and engineering outcomes that scale.

Responsibilities:

Build AI-native web systems where models + workflows are core. Work on MERN/MEAN, APIs (Flask/Django), PostgreSQL (pgvector), and offline LLM runtimes (WebLLM). You will also integrate structured outputs, tool calling, and workflow automation—because “CRUD-only” work is already automated here.

Required Skills:

JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python, PostgreSQL, Docker.

Optional Skills:

AWS, PyTorch.

Qualifications:

Pursuing/recent CS degree, strong problem-solving skills, and comfort working above the “AI baseline” (i.e., not just writing boilerplate).

Responsibilities:

Develop mobile apps with Flutter/React Native that integrate offline AI models and orchestration backends. You’ll ship workflows that connect UI → local inference (TFLite/ONNX) → governed automation. Routine UI builds and repetitive app tasks are not the work here, our agents handle that baseline.

Required Skills:

Flutter/React Native, Python, PostgreSQL/SQLite, TensorFlow Lite, Docker.

Optional Skills:

AWS, PyTorch.

Qualifications:

Pursuing/recent CS degree, strong mobile fundamentals, and interest in building AI-powered workflows rather than only UI screens.

For each completed project, you receive a certificate you can use for career development. Note: we value outcomes that move systems forward, not "task completion."

Research Collaboration:
If our research or products reach publishable milestones, we will push for papers and public writeups and your contributions will be credited. We treat research as something that ships, not something that sits.
